Whether it is the heart, liver, tripe, brains, kidneys, spleen, or intestines; we want to reduce food waste by responsibly processing and passing inspected quality meats to your family. The prices are determined by the weight, availability, and degree of difficulty of harvesting those organs (as they sometimes require special tools).
